The ball-shaped concentrating tank is mainly composed of four parts such as concentrating tank body, condenser, steam-liquid separator and liquid receiving tank. It can be used for concentration, distillation, recovery of organic solvent and other processes of liquid materials in such industries as pharmacy, food, chemical industry and etc. As it adopts pressure relief concentration, the concentrating time is short, and will not damage the effective components of heat sensitive materials. The parts of the equipment that contact materials are all made of stainless steel with good anticorrosive performance and excellent durability, which conforms to the GMP standard.

Equipment features

The equipment is a kind of solid sealed equipment with the shape of cylinder provided with heat insulation layer jacket. It adopts simple high-efficiency hydraulic injector for vacuum evacuation. The equipment includes three parts: evaporation chamber, heating coil and separator. The liquid materials are inhaled into the chamber through the upper part of the evaporation chamber. The heating coil is composed of 3-5 rows of oval stainless steel tubes. The steam is heated in the coil space. Now the new model concentrator has been additionally provided with a group of small coil tubes in the lower sealing head of the concentrator, so that the liquid materials lower than 30kg can also be evaporated. The equipment is featured by no material loss, convenient cleaning and beautiful appearance. The heat insulation layer adopts thin stainless steel sheet. The surface is subjected to matte treatment, which complies with requirements in laws related to medicines and foods and meets the GMP standard.
